Let’s Talk, New York!
(say it like a real New Yorker, and it rhymes!)
Join us to celebrate the joys and power of Great Talk! Choose from exciting topics to discuss with 6-8 other lively-minded New Yorkers. Share your thoughts, experiences, ideas, feelings, and insights. And enjoy top TED talks (video) on how to be a great conversationalist.
Among the topics for discussion will be:
What does LOVE mean to you? (Valentine’s Day is the next week!)
Do Our Devices Connect Us, Isolate Us, Empower Us, or…?
Happiness: What’s Working for You?
Friendship: How Do You Find and Nurture It?
Gratitude: To Whom? For What? Why? How?
Hosted by Elizabeth Cohn, Director of the Center for Health Innovation, Adelphi University, and Ron Gross (aka Socrates), co-chair of the University Seminar on Innovation at Columbia University
